My daughter's game began to freeze on the red screen on 7/20/20. I have rebooted, tried some safe mode fixes and still just the red screen. Our version of Minecraft is 2.10. What else can we try or is there a fix for this yet?

This is still an issue? My kids have a disc version and after the upgrades it is still stuck on the red Mojang screen. Holding buttons does nothing from the controller. They are running version 2.11 and it said it last updated 8/11/20 though not sure what update that was since they havent been able to play since early July. Is there anything else we can do ther than uninstall and start over with no saved data?
