An simple way to reproduce it is having cracked stone bricks and vines in your inventory and try to craft the mossy stone brick.

Mcpe-30110 is about maps, very different of this BUG, and at the crafting the vine is consumed, you wont recive +1 block, you will be just replacing it, wich is not working as it should

No, because the bug is just at the game, in Xbox live everything is working as well

Sometimes the block disappear, it dont gets placed, just disappears of your inventory.

I already reported that, unfortunately thats how it works, you will need to be very close to the spawn and when the mobs will fall, or they they disppear/dont even spawn
