could someone from developers (or BDS Product owner) comment on this issue please? Why it's not even assigned for more than a year? It has been open for very long time now and it's impact is huge. Workaround "use Windows or Java edition" is not somewhat acceptable for many of your customers.
To add something to stack - I've noted that when you start a new world, it can work quite well for some time until you run into some type of chunk that causes this havoc and then it's useless for eternity. I was able to made it to the End in survival on some world and sometimes it's broken after 10 minutes of gameplay.
