Experienced this in splitscreen repeatedly. played with friend online and didnt happen. also did not experience until 1.6.8

Experiencing similar issues. While playing splitscreen and traveling unloaded area it crashes quite often. Closing and reopening will occasionally be interrupted and crash again while trying to load again. did not experience this on survival mode until 1.6.8.

Ran into this issue recently with my first treasure map as well. were the worlds created before 1.13 and updated to it? i have yet to try starting a brand new world to see if i can reproduce my (multiple) issues.
