Different things, do not I can not tell exactly because everything happens very fast.
The only thing I can tell you is the crash happens on several occasions ... when you finish interacting with an object, when walking, ... etc.
This crash happens to me at least once a day in very different situations. Sorry not to be so precise.
(If it happens again, I will be more attentive to see what exactly I was doing.)

Water comes just 8 blocks and is the ninth block is the hopper, and are supposed, items, to fall by the hopper, but they don't, the items are stopped. It is as if they could'n pass to the hopper...
I am explaining badly ...hahaha

In the end I updated Java and the crash stopped appearing.
