I’m experiencing the same issue. In addition to my playtime showing as “-1 hour,” my statistics are not increasing and I’m unable to earn achievements. I’ve already watched several tutorials, but none of them solved the problem.

Have issue with step 4 (no folders apear in iTunes)
Solved -> launch Minecraft on the ipad show up the folder games and internal (but no files).
But i still has the issue ...
