Please fix this, it's killing our farms and it's been doing this for some time. I have to kill villagers and breed just to get them to do anything for as long as the chunks stay loaded, the moment I move beyond the load boundaries, it has to repeat the kill and breed process again. It's getting old fast!

I ran into this problem today running 1.13.2. Steve was the skin of the player hosting the game, but from his machine he was properly skinned. I had the client disconnect and reconnect and his model was Steve for a brief moment before it updated to the correct skin. Is it possible that latency or lag is the culprit?

Having the same exact issue, my ever since 1.12.2 was released i've been having to alt tab because i'm stuck on loading trying to get on each and every server. i'm able to go on servers with 1.12.2 but have issues with my primary login versions as is 1.8 and 1.8.8. Hope it helps that its not just him having this problem, that just occurred for me when logging onto minecraft today.
