I can confirm that. the problem persists with update 1.17.4006.0. I use pureBDcraft and vanillaBDcraft 256x. when items drops or when digging. it is not playable.RTX 2070 / Ryzen 2 2600X. when I play without the pack, it is a stable 144 fps.
