I'm using a keyboard and mouse, and it happens in the menu and while in-game, even when I'm using fullscreen.
I rolled back my drivers as far as I could, and problem is still there
Having this same issue in 19w12b snapshot.
More specifically, a dropper when dropping items or when empty, activated by a redstone clock circuit.
