Then, selecting singleplayer worlds after clicking on multiplayer servers should also play the sound.

Can confirm. If the x_rotation is greater than 45, the sign is positioned as a wall sign. If it's 45 or less, it stands as expected. Weirdly, x_rotation represents your vertical rotation rather than your horizontal rotation.
Edit: After reading Tryashtat's comment in MC-124405 (https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-124405?focusedId=429805&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-429805), I no longer find it strange that y_rotation represents horizontal rotation.

Requesting a reopening. @unknown, your actions have led to numerous bug reports concerning sculk sensors not detecting certain elements, and all of your bug reports were left for Mojang to address. This bug report deserves similar attention.

Confirmed, but I fail to see why this should be considered a bug, as mobs like frogs exhibit similar behavior.
I'm currently unsure why you're unable to reproduce this. As you can see, I've attached a video demonstrating that I can reproduce this issue. Could you provide a video showing that you cannot reproduce this?
To determine the default key, you can click the reset button in the UI. Could you try if the default key for opening the chat with a / was different for you before 1.13? What type of keyboard are you using? I'm using a German keyboard, so your layout might be different. Perhaps someone with a German keyboard like @unknown, @unknown or @unknown can reproduce this.
It's not consistently working for me. You might need to attempt it more frequently to observe the issue.
It's strange that you can't reproduce it. For me and my friends, it behaves exactly as I described in the bug report. Are you using any mods? Which versions did you test? What was your default key before 1.13?
— Bedrock's /damage command supports multiple entities just fine
As noted previously, this isn't a feature request but rather a parity issue. I'm asking for a review. The parity issue meets the criteria.
Can confirm in 24w09a.
I can confirm that the mob's AI never directs them to look directly upwards or downwards, but it's possible to bypass this angle limit using /tp commands.
The issue has been addressed in 24w09a following menu adjustments. This bug impacted all menus that previously altered the splash text upon exiting. Unfortunately, the functionality of changing the splash text by exiting menus has also been removed, as confirmed intentional per MC-268931.
Please ensure to review the report attentively. The video depicts the action of emptying a bucket, not filling it. My statement described the issue of sound playing at the wrong location when filling the bucket.
Can confirm.
