I'm not sure if this would be considered the same bug, but the mobs and minecarts are moving slowly in just certain parts of one of my world (I'm in 1.9.4 right now). For example, in this world:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/77400058/Eternal%20Survival%20-%20Copy.zip

The minecart at -77, 62, 143 moves really slowly, along with any mobs that are there (it is not FPS lag; the player moves at a normal speed). However, moving a little away from that area, this is not the case, such as with the minecart at 26, 64, 17.

Okay, sorry, I didn't see that. I would assume it's fixed, then. Sorry for the false alarm.

Did Mojang say they fixed it? What I now realize is that (assuming rabbits don't despawn), it may have actually been spawned before 1.8-pre1, and I just saw it now. I didn't think of that possibility until just now. But if Mojang never claimed to fix it, I don't see why we should assume so.

I still have this issue in 1.8-pre1.

This isn't a duplicate of MC-39583. That's about your list of servers disappearing. This is about playerdata in a server disappearing.
