MCPE-110384 FPS bug caused by gfx_vsync & gfx_max_framerate Incomplete

Id like to add MadLad that i have Vsync turned off from the options.txt and i use msi afterburner overlay and rivertuner to limit the fps from unlimited to 240fps. Issue persists.

if your in dx12 rendering, doesn't matter if your using ray tracing or not, but if your in windowed mode (idk about full screen i don't play in it) if you switch screens, i.e to discord e.c.t.. or minimize the game, there is a slight chance your screen will black out and switch you to dx11 it happens randomly

I just tried this on the latest update 1.17.10 and it's even worse than it was before. I know get 50fps when trying what I stated above. Please when you get the chance and time fix this.

Hello I updated this report. Thank you for the reply this may still be affecting the game on the latest version I am not sure! I will have to re-try tomorrow and I'll comment back here.
