/spawnpoint command does nothing when entered into command blocks.

/spawnpoint does not work. Says your home bed is missing or obstructed. (not a duplicate of a prior issue)

Blocks are invisible in some places, you cannot walk/fly through them, but placing a block in their position creates the block intended there.
