When my sister tries to get in her account it just crashes and doesn't let her she just wants to enjoy playing minecraft on her account please fix this.

The bug that im reporting is that stuff are dissapearing from the bottom half of double chests You guys need to fix this asap please make it so that we get all out stuff back because I lost alot of important stuff.
