stuck on building terrain when going to and from the Nether

cant join my friends anymore

whenever I try to open mc java 1.16.5 it doesn't open and an error message pops up and then it crashes

my "world" on realm server is bigger than the realm's Maximum download limit,so how i can get my world back?

I keep crashing and i dont know why

i installed minecraft but i can only play versions under 1.6. 1.7 upwards will not let me load sevrers "cannot connect" and will not let me make or play on singleplayer worlds. it really bugs me
