Multiple issues: Unmoving Minecarts, Unmoving Mobs, Floating Villagers, Crazy animations.

Hi there,

I noticed a few issues with the latest version of the Bedrock Dedicated Server.

1. Minecarts and Mobs would appear frozen in place.

2. Hostile mobs still attacks you whilst their model is frozen in place.
   It seems that they are really invisible and can chase you around still attacking.
   When unloading the chunks and going back resolves this, as well as disconnecting and reconnecting to the server.

3. Villagers float in their bed.
   I had a case of a villager a couple of blocks away floating above an open door in another location whilst sleeping.

4. Some animations seem strangely exaggerated.

This happened on a PC which I used as a server in my home 1 day ago, as well as on MC pro Hosting, to which I migrated my server as a test.
