I play at Minecraft and have no issue.
I bought MOB PETS in the market and it is not working. I have different alerts : either saying there is no internet (but there is), or there is no space left (but there is), or that it is impossible to launch it, please download, but when re donwloading, not working.
I succeeded in logging in a MOB PETS world once (I created 2, one creative, one survival), I was in the starter room, but then when choosing "survival" or "creative (which I already choose when creating the world) the button un click and the button start does not work.
I rebooted internet, PS4, deleted and installed the app again, still does not work.
I cannot create a new MOB PETS world anymore.
But then, Minecraft alone is working fine, only MOB PETS does not.

Thank you for taking the time to answer, but I don't know which Minecraft it is.
As I explained it's on PS4. You connect to the one and only Minecraft (1.16) and you buy little games in the shop. And this is one of these games. So I don't know in which category I should put this in.
I already looked in all discussions and found only one conversation on Mob Pets but absolutely no relation to my problem.
(I now also have Minecraft 1.16 crashing all the time and need to create another ticket but I'm afraid I will again not be in the right place).

I'm having the same problem. I have no idea where to raise a ticket but I play on PS4 as well and when loading the mob pets, it says no internet when there is and I can't click ok. I have to dashboard the console. Please help.
