Can't leave RTX Beta at all

So basically, I got myself a brand new RTX 2080 Super early last summer, and I was stoked about it, because that meant I could play with ray tracing for the very first time, I had a few issues enrolling into the beta, but after a week, I managed to get it.

About 2 or 3 weeks later, I decided to leave the rtx beta, so I unenrolled, without problem, but for some reason, I just can't ever actually leave the beta? no matter how many things I try, I will always end up launching and seeing the god damn grey beta menu, it's really frustrating.

I decided after a few months of just playing java, I want to get my bedrock back, but I literally can't do anything about it, help!

Disclaimer, don't waste your time, offering easy fixes like reinstalling the game, or the microsoft store, I don't want to sound arrogant, but give me a break, I have atleast 5 hours of just pure searching and I still can't fix the problem.
