[BDS-11702] I cannot access some of the content I have purchased in the Minecraft marketplace because it is glitched in a permanent download even though I've already downloaded it. This has happened to a few other worlds and texture packs. PLEASE HELP! Thank you!

Some of my Worlds and texture packs are stuck in a permanent download and I can't play them. This has been happening for 2 months. Thanks for the help and keep doing the awesome job you're doing now.
