Game won't load marketplace nor allow me to join realms.

Whenever I open Minecraft on my Nintendo Switch Lite, it pauses on the home screen then shows a pop up which reads:

"Account Error

There is an error with your account. You will be unable to use the marketplace until we have resolved this issue. If this issue persists for several days please contact support using the help button.

help.Mojang.com

When I click the link to Mojang support it reads:

"This page cannot be displayed.

Return to previous page."

So that really does not help much on helping me fix the issue. I have uninstalled and re-downloaded the game twice, logged out of my Microsoft account and removed numerous times, checked for updates for the switch, checked for update on the game, checked that my internet was working properly, and even waited this out but it still refuses to work. This has been happening for over two weeks and I am not sure what to do anymore.
