Randomly Getting Lit on Fire

So I was just playing some SSG speedruns, as you do on a Friday evening and I noticed a very weird bug. I was towering up a bastion and through the 12 runs I did today so far, I’m pretty sure it happened in all of the runs. I randomly lit on fire (I was in the Nether) while building upwards, yet no outside source caused it. I wasn’t shot at by a ghast, I didn’t place lava or create fire in any way and all I was doing was towering upwards. This was pretty annoying and it killed me one time. Not sure what’s happening but this is a pretty important problem imo but I’m not sure if this happens to anyone else. Bedrock has weird bugs but this was probably the most amusing and weird one I’ve seen...
