Yesterday I Tried to turn on Minecraft on my ps4 for my cousin and it was like 30 minutes on the loading screen, then I tried on my 1st account and it kept like this, on my ps4 it's like this on every account, then I tried and tried and it was always on the loading screen, today I tried it with my friend on his ps4 and it worked but I wasn't logged on, and now I tried on my mobile phone and it said that there was a problem with my microsoft account. I want to get help as soon as possible because I had some really nice worlds and don't want to lose them
