Nether teleportation

When I was going into the nether, I crouched as the nausea of the portal started, I was then teleported about 11500 blocks away(in the overworld) from where my portal was set up. A portal was connected in the nether and then I could not get back home through the random nether portal in the overworld. Thank you for your time and please help
