Paintings not showing - Minecraft

So I play with my friend, and I am trying to place a painting but it isn't showing as you can see in the video. I know it is placed as I can break it and see the 'wood' but I cant see the painting. My friend on iPhone can but not me (windows 10 edition).

What do you think?
