I can‘t join the world of my friends. I am playing on Ps4 Bedrock and did everything I can. I restarted the game so often, I already deleted Minecraft twice for nothing. I can join Server and realms. What can I do?

When there is „Locating Server“, it will stay there for a very long time (definetly longer than 1 hour). When I want to cancel, the screen will stay for a short time and after that short time there is that screen : Unable to connect to world.
