Shield stuck in member's shoulders

I created my own world that's stored on my local machine. Whenever some of my friends join and use a shield, the shield gets stuck in their shoulder rather than on the arm. It does not happen to my character, not sure if because I'm the operator but every member that trys to use a shield this happens to them. I asked members of my world if it looks normal from their point of view and it does. But when looking at the player from my POV or another members the shield is in the shoulder. Please help.
