[BDS-13352] Death After Entering The End

Time to time again after defeating the dragon and going through the End Gateway I have had the issue where my screen turns black and i immediately die. My buddy also had that bad experience in the same world! We are put our blocks in a chest before we go just to check that we dont die but the first few times we lost all of our enchanted items!!
