I have been unable to sinc my microsoft account to Minecraft on PS4 for a very long time. My sister broke my Minecraft disk so I downloaded it instead, but when I did that I had to reset my Playstation 4. Every since I did this I have not been able to sinc my microsoft account so I can play cross platform. Whenever I attempt to login it shows me the pop up "Please login with your previously connected Microsoft Account" but it doesnt give me another email, all it does is give me the link to a help page. If you could please help me fix this that would be amazing. I hope you have a nice day.
