Broken portals

When i go through any portal, i spawn at the coordinates (with no portal), which are the same as those i was on when i entered the portal (example: i am in the overworld on 1000 100 1000, i go through the nether portal- already used, and i spawn in the nether on 1000 100 1000 with no portal, instead of the portal i normaly come through)
