[BDS-14207] Avatar deleted

Recently, everytime I make my avatar, it gets defaulted into Steve or Alex. Its extremely annoying because I spend so much time designing my avatar.

Does this happen after you restart the game?

Yes. And now everyone's skin shows up as Steve for me. Even friends.

It looks like this two issues: MCPE-53398 and MCPE-78206, right?

More like the first one, but it defaults to Steve/Alex. For the record, I play on my Nintendo switch
