Minecraft Windows 10 v1.17.10 cannot connect to Code Connect v1.50

I purchased Minecraft for Windows 10 and downloaded v1.17.10 to my son's PC, I also downloaded the Code Connection v1.50. However, when open Minecraft for Windows 10 v1.17.10, and it cannot connect to the Code connection IP server.

1. Launch Code Connection v1.50

2. It shows IP Address, copy it to clipboard

3. Launch Minecraft for Windows 10, v1.17.10

4. Open chat window and paste the IP Address with connect command

5. The screen of Code Connection is turned to be white a moment, but it return to the IP address screen.

6. Check the Minecraft window, it shows "cannot connect to the server"

Is there a workaround for this?
