Bedrock won't update texture packs.

I play on Xbox One Bedrock version. My texture packs need updating. They have the blue exclamation mark and also the green downloading line through them in the marketplace. You go to a pack and the button that should say update is grey. I have delete the packs to try and redownload them and that did not work either. I can download new packs, but not ones I currently own.
