The marketplace won't connect which causes us to lose access to all purchases. the marketplace says it's unable to connect to internet. But the internet is working just fine and we can play via the network with others. So far we have tried:
Restarting ipad
deleting and installing minecraft
restarting router
connecting through a hotspot
connecting through different wifi
verified WiFi working via numerous other apps and speed tests
no other app is having this issue
signing out of Microsoft account and signing back in
the other iPad in house connects just fine
we are using version 1.17.11

This is not helpful. You sent me to a list of other people having the same problem%+ this tells me it’s an issue on your end. We have spent hundreds on this game and you are failing to provide the services and product that was paid for. Turning the LAN on and off doesn’t work. This is on the IPAD OS 14.7.1. Minecraft version 1.17.11. What other suggestions do you have.
