iOS: All content that requires an Internet connection not loading

Workaround

For some cases, completely closing/exiting Minecraft on the device will allow online content to be accessed again.

You may also need to enable (or disable?) local network access in your device settings: see this comment

To help narrow down this issue, please add information if these steps do not work for you.

Starting a couple weeks ago, I have been unable to access any online content in Minecraft. This includes, but is not limited to: achievements, marketplace content, realms, and multiplayer content. I have ensured multiple times that my iPad is fully connected to the Internet and everything else works fine. Help would be appreciated.

note: I have managed to find a temporary fix. By logging out and logging back in again it is fixed, however the problem eventually occurs again.

Same issue here.

Mincraft 1.17.30, ipad air (4 th generation). IOS 15.

Used everyway I can think about to fix it, nothing worked.

I saw that this problem is been over one year and still not been resolved, no one can fix it???

I had this happening to my ipad for a month or more. I managed to get it working after doing a couple of things (not sure what order). I changed my ipad wifi to connect to my iphone data hotspot instead. I also went into mc settings/profile and logged out and pressed the clear sign in data button. After restarting the minecraft app, I signed in again and was able to get the store to work. Then without closing mc, I turned off my phone hotspot and the ipad auto connected back to my home wifi and stayed working after that. I did this for my 2 kids as well. I had to try a couple times in whatever order but either one or both changing the wifi connection and signing completely out and in did fix it for our 3 ipads.

I’ve tried everything. Resetting the app, my phone, signing out and back in. Nothing has worked. This has happened before and it worked after signing out and back in but its not working this time. It loads a little letting me go onto the marketplace but everything is just loading and then if I click something to purchase it says to check my internet.

iOS 15, iPad and iPhone XS Max

Tried quitting/restarting – did not work

Tried resetting network settings – did not work

Verified local network access in Minecraft settings – still did not work

Deleted and reinstalled Minecraft – still did not work

Can access online games/realms, but nothing in Marketplace loads.
