always saying We're unable to connect to the marketplace...... i have 25mbps+ internet connection
i try to reinstall the app but still saying the same issue

Issues such as these are often due to a temporary service outage, and should be back up and working again soon. Could you please mention if this is an ongoing issue?

We are experiencing the very same difficulties ever since mid February. My 10yo son is unable to connect to Realms and some of the servers which seem to connect very much at random. It is very frustrating. Restarting the game does not work. Restarting the iPad does not work. He also can’t connect to CubeCraft, which says he is not connected to the internet and should check his VPN. Which obviously is not the case. We do hope it is fixed soon...
Why are these saying resolved if I'm still having the same error messages and problems? I'm still yet to be able to claim my $9.99 purchase of coins.
Is it possible to get a refund of coin and mesh up I be bought? Because after than more than 4 weeks I'm still having the issue and I'm getting a little annoyed..

This problem happens to me occasionally. But accessing the game using VPN solves the problem for a few days.
