PROBLEM
Only in 'Creator Collections' I get this message:
"We're unable to connect to the Marketplace. Maybe check your internet connection?"
My internet is just fine!

I'm having this issue too, and seems related to REALMS-2230

Every member of my realm is currently experiencing this, across several countries and xbox live accounts on Win10. Unable to make any purchases from the marketplace or extend or purchase new realms

We have two accounts in our household, and we are getting the same problem with both accounts. Anytime trying to make a purchase of Minecoins or trying to use existing coins to purchase something, we get the message "We're unable to connect to the Marketplace. Maybe check your internet connection?" It spins endlessly. We have tried a wide assortment of fixes, and none have worked (uninstall/reinstall of Minecraft, Windows App Troubleshooter, clean up Microsoft Store cache, reboot computer, log in with Xbox One account instead of on PC and vice versa). Please fix!

Getting the same issue here. I can look at the market place, search, etc and have Internet. But cannot buy anything. Double checked it not generic to Microsoft Account, but can order stuff from Microsoft Store okay.

I'm getting this issue too. I'm currently running beta 1.13.0.17. I only get this error when I click on: Skin packs, texture packs, mash-up packs, and worlds; everything else works fine.

Getting this issue too. I'm running 1.12.1 on mobile and it happens when I try to create a realm.

Having the same issue on my Xbox One. Tried logging into Marketplace to get Black Friday deal. Said check Internet connection. I’ve tried every day sense and still can’t get it to login.

Same here, on Xbox One. I've purchased coins but I'm unable to use them to buy products (e.g. Minecraft Frozen) - all I get is "May be check your Internet connection?", when my connection definitely works.

Happening on our iPad too. Is there a solution yet?

Running the latest beta and the problem seems to have gone away for me at least.

It happens to me in the android when i updated to 1.14.30. Can't play in our realm :/

Happening on ipad version 1.14.60
Also unable to load skins - have also seen - account corrupt and unable to login to Microsoft account (after logging out and back in again from the account settings screen)
Makes games take forever to load and unable to see realms games.
We believe this was caused by a temporary outage that has been resolved now.


The problem is still very much alive. An example is the "Frozen II" Minecraft pack.

I am also having this problem. Both my daughter's iPad's can't connect to the marketplace, and we can't access their resource packs. Internet is fine.

I still experience this problem on Xbox in 1.16.1, it will not let me into the marketplace

I'm having the same problem I can't connect to the marketplace or my skins keeps telling me that my internet connection might be the problem when my internet is running fine kinda annoying.

Issue is still on going even after 14 patch.

To those who have commented on this ticket: This ticket was resovled some time ago and will not be reopened. If you are continuing to get the "Cannot connect to Marketplace" message and you're sure it's not your internet connection, check with Community Support. If they cannot help, look for an open bug report or make a new one with details on how long you've had the issue.
