Fish spawn within 12-32 blocks of the player. In Bedrock Edition, this means that the solid block block of the bottom of a continuous column of source water must be within 12-32 blocks of the player. Does that explain your issue?

This issue has the same cause as (MCPE-223948), only the specific circumstances in which it occurs have changed. The golem gets stuck in a position where it is too close to the block next to the chest to be able to pathfind toward that block, but also too far from the chest to interact with the chest.

The copper noteblock sounds are 1/2 step too low.

I cannot reproduce this by renaming a shulker box with an anvil. Does this still occur if you you disable all addons and resource packs?
