@unknown do you have a torch under the block that has the turned off torch? See screenshot_2016-06-24-14-45-56.png

I can confirm on Android too but for me the texture doesn't shift unless I look at it from a fre blocks above strait down.

SuperGeniusZeb

Confirmed for 0.15.6. (Tested on Windows 10.) I will note that in my testing, the textures appear to be only very slightly shifted, as opposed to how off they look in IMG_1127.PNG.

SuperGeniusZeb

SuperGeniusZeb

Affects 0.15.10. (Tested on Windows 10.)

Also... mods? Could you rename this issue to something more descriptive like "Redstone torch model's textures are not aligned properly" or something like that?

Also, in case anyone is wondering what the bug is, if you look at the intersection of the textures on the tip of a lit redstone torch, you can't see the yellow part at the corner as the 2 planes meet perfectly. In MCPE they don't, and so you can see a little bit of the yellow part of the torch's head through the corner. That is the easiest way to see this bug.

Still an issue in 0.15.10 and 0.15.90.7 (tested on Windows 10 PC and Android tablet respectively)

You can see the texture still does not wrap correctly, leaving protruding edges. For comparison, look at the regular torch block model.

Still affects latest release, 1.16.1

DeeFeeCee

Still affects 1.16.100.
Same as/related toΒ MCPE-72446. I suggest consolidating both under the older report as the effect is the exact same.
