Redstone torch has parity and graphical errors

The redstone torch uses the outdated model instead of the new one added recently in Java Edition [parity issue] and appears to not be rendering correctly [graphical issue]. This is in the latest update, and Vibrant Visuals are active. To recreate this bug, you could launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition and place a redstone torch. Thank you.
