[MCPE-151692] The torch, redstone torch and soul torch have weird textures and eating/drinking animation is offset in 1.18.2

I have reported this same bug a month ago(December 2, 2021)

The hotfix update(1.18.2) did not fix these visual bugs. I hope these visual bugs gets fixed in the next update because it really annoyes me.

Device: Samsung Galaxy A7 Tab Lite

Bugs:

1. Torch, redstone torch and soul torch textures look weird

2. Eating/drinking animation is offset(happens on all edible and drinkable items).

Please do not create a new ticket if you see that a bug hasn't been fixed yet in a new version. Instead, leave a comment on the parent tickets saying that it is still an issue.
