This can be observed with the Neon District Market Place Pack
I can verify that the game now boots on my computer that was previously affected on 1.19.21 !
If possible, can you download and provide a copy of the world here as well? If the file is too large you can use a file service such as Google Drive or Drop box.
In this case the lava is flowing and should animate. In the video
[media]we see that the far left and the next one are falling but the lava surrounded by glass is not animated as flowing (each set up has 1 source block at eye level). The 3rd acts as expected. The 4th demonstrates the same issue but just for once side of the lava.
Confirmed
Steps to reproduce:
Get a mouse with additional buttons (mine has a forward and back arrow with back arrow being button #5)
Go to Settings >> Keyboard & Mouse > Keyboard Layout > Menu Tab Right and click on where RBRACKET currently is and then click button #5 on the mouse
Go back to the main menu and click the servers tab
Expected results:
Clicking button #5 would tab over to the Friends Tab as we bound button #5 to that purpose
Observed Results:
You are taken back to the main menu as is the normal function of button #5 ( Which is the back button on my mouse)

On Windows 11 I have both the main release and the preview. The main release runs on my dedicated graphics card just fine (allowing rtx), but the preview uses the integrated GPU. (1.20.31, 1.20.40.23). I tried copying the options file from main to the preview, but that didn't change anything.
Edit: This was resolved by setting the preview to use the dedicated Graphics card manually in windows settings.
