Shift clicked items from chest being pulled by hopper will sometimes not move the stack

Steps to Reproduce

Have a hopper set up to pull items out of a chest

Put a stack of items in the chest so the hopper begins to suck them out

Attempt to shift click stack back into inventory

Expected: Stack returns to inventory every time

What Happens: Stack will sometimes animate moving to inventory but will remain in the chest.
