A few weeks ago, a member of my server contacted me about an auto-teleport bug that only occurred when the player went under y=2 (or y=3, it changes depending on your area.)
The End seems perfectly normal, other than the End Portal to The OverworldΒ and the portal to the Outer End Islands are made of obsidian, and the fact that there are significantly but still functional smaller portals in the End Void.

This was re-created in vanilla, by the way (we did have a certain texture pack but I took it off a while ago.)Β
I am certain there are no active command blocks in this Realm.
It happens at all coordinates across the entire map.
If the player slowly went to y=2/3, the issue still occurs.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Dig down or find a spot that is close to y=2.
2. Go to y=2
Observed Results:
The player (you) gets teleported to The End Dimension.
Expected Results:
Nothing should happen.

What do you mean that it was "re-created in vanilla"? (Perhaps you missed this question?) As in, you recreated it in a brand-new world, or that you have never had any add-ons in that world, or something else?
Are you certain that there are no command blocks in use in that world? Are there any unknown players on your Realm who could be running command blocks?
Does it only happen at the large X/Z coordinates shown in the videos? Your videos also show the player jumping from a high place. If they move to Y=2/3 without the long fall does the issue still happen?
If possible, can you download and provide a copy of the world here as well? If the file is too large you can use a file service such as Google Drive or Drop box.

However, this issue is Invalid.
The world you are playing on has been modified by a third-party add-on. You should contact the add-on creator about your issue.
I explored a little and found an end portal tile at Y = 2. The end portal tile does not generate at the same location in a new world with the same seed. It is no doubt left over from using the "better portals" behavior pack that is included in the world save. That pack uses functions (sets of commands) to place portal tiles in the world.
