Device: Samsung Galaxy S4
The UI (specifically the neutron slider) extends below the hotbar on my device.
GUI size is 5.0
Steps to Reproduce
Open Element constructor with Pocket UI selected and GUI size 5.
Actual Results
The bottom slider is partway below the hotbar

That is the issue. The UI of the Element Constructor shouldn't extend below the player UI regardlless of UI size or type.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket has not been updated recently (~1 year+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines.
