Vibrant Visuals: Redstone spark particles are not emissive

Steps to reproduce

  1. Be in a dark place or set time to midnight on the world surface

  2. Make a line of 15 redstone dust and power it with a torch at one end.

  3. Observe the spark particles that arise from the dust.

Expected result

The spark particles would be emissive so that they are always bright, since they represent active redstone power and they are called “sparks” in the code.

Observed result

The spark particles are not emissive. They are sometimes the same brightness as the redstone dust they come from, but often darker.
