The updated model for the baby Piglin and Zombified Piglin is not centered on the Z axis. This causes the shadow and collision not properly align with the legs, and the chestplate also gets offset as a consequence of the incorrect body pivot.
This can be fixed by adding 0.5 to all bones and cubes (except for the body pivot).
I have attached a model that fixes the issue.

The model is centered based on the head. The legs and body are off-center because the nose adds an extra pixel to the front of the head.
