This is a feature request. The sun rays have different settings across different fogs, they're only visible in certain biomes such as the dark oak forest and the jungle.

Fixed in the most recent previews.

This can be fixed by swapping the order of the body and armor render controllers so the attachable can properly reference the main body's geometry.

However, this issue is already being tracked in MCPE-221698, so I'll be resolving this one as a Duplicate.

This bug is already fixed in the Preview version for Minecraft 26.0, and should hopefully make it to the full drop next year!
