The Marketplace and other online content on Windows 10 is not loading. Its showing placeholder texts all over the place, especially in the Marketplace.
Observed results: Almost all text in the marketplace are placeholders & nothing loads.
Expected results: There should be no placeholder texts & content should load.

From the description, “minimize and maximize my game while it is booting up,” this sounds like the same issue as MCPE-19393.
