Having trouble connecting to the Marketplace.

When I try to open the Marketplace. It always reply: "We're having trouble connecting to the Marketplace right now. Please try again later!"

Error Code: D-0.

I have already tried uninstall and reinstall the program. But it cannot fix the problem.

System: Windows 11

Minecraft purchased from Microsoft Store.

This is not a duplicate. The symptom is totally different. MCPE-103893 is having problem loading elements in marketplace. But this issue is not possible to connect to marketplace.
