To temporarily fix this issue, you'll have to delete all XBLProfileCache files then reload Minecraft.

You press 'E' to close your inventory and then the bug occurs. It doesn't occur when you press 'ESC' however. This also affects other in-game screens like trading, chests, etc.

I am using a GUI scale of -2. It may seem like this occurs if you have 100 screenshots in total. And why I have 137/100 is because Mojang may have added a limit to how many screenshots we can have at a time.

It appears not. Sadly, I believe this is for something else within the screen that is unknown how to get to. Either that, or unused entirely.
